Back in 2003, I launched the popular local history website InternationalMetropolis.com The site was often cited, and celebrated as a resource of local history.

That site became a fixture on the local history scene for over decade, before sadly becoming the victim of hacking and some file corruption. The site remains online, minus a few photos that were lost.

My passion has long been the built heritage of our city, and the people who designed those buildings. Many of them unknown to the average citizen of Windsor.

The goal of this site is to take up the void left behind at the loss of IM.com and to move some of that data over here in an easy to digest format.
